My name is Regine Lubin-Aubourg. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and New York State Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) with over 20 years of experience helping adults improve their health through culturally meaningful nutrition care. My passion for nutrition began in the 1990s, and since graduating in 1999, I have worked in community-based organizations, adult daycare centers, shelters, and transitional housing programs. Throughout my career, I have seen how conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and weight gain affect Caribbean families — often silently and over time.
In 2020, I opened my private practice with one clear goal: to help Caribbean adults 40 years and older improve their health without giving up the foods that connect them to their roots. Food is more than nutrients. It is culture, history, comfort, and identity. I do not believe in eliminating traditional meals. Instead, I teach you how to modify recipes, balance portions, and build sustainable habits that fit your real life.
Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole (Natif Natal), I create a virtual space during our nutrition sessions where you feel understood, respected, and supported. If you are ready to take control of your health while honoring your culture, I invite you to schedule a consultation and begin your journey toward lasting wellness.
